Account Suspension & Closure
N95 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any withdrawable balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by n95 management.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. All valid remaining balances will be returned within the stipulated timeframe once all security checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks on the n95 platform are the exclusive property of n95 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent from n95.
Third-Party Links
The n95 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. n95 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
N95 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
