N95 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the n95 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026  |  Version 2.0

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the n95 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and n95 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. n95 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with appropriate notice to users via the platform.

The n95 platform is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the required age criteria and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2 Account Creation & Security

To access the full suite of n95 services, you are required to register an account using accurate and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid Malaysian phone number for identity verification purposes. This process is in place to safeguard your account and prevent misuse of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. n95 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

3 User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the n95 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, fraud, system manipulation, or any actions that could compromise the integrity of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform without written authorisation from n95
  • Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
  • Spreading false or misleading information about n95 to other users

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without compensation, and n95 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

4 Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the n95 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users.

Supported Deposit Methods

N95 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and account verification level.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification before funds can be released. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method, typically between one and three business days.

Transaction Security

All financial transactions on the n95 platform are protected by SSL encryption. n95 does not store credit or debit card details directly — all payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them.

Disputed Transactions

If you detect any unauthorised or unrecognised transactions in your account, please contact the n95 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. n95 will thoroughly investigate all complaints and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The n95 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. n95 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, the accuracy of information displayed, or the platform's suitability for any particular purpose.

N95 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Technical disruptions beyond n95's control — including server failures, internet outages, or infrastructure issues on the part of third-party service providers — will not give rise to any liability on n95's part. That said, n95 is committed to restoring services as quickly as possible in such situations.

N95's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6 Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension & Closure

N95 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any withdrawable balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by n95 management.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. All valid remaining balances will be returned within the stipulated timeframe once all security checks have been completed.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks on the n95 platform are the exclusive property of n95 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent from n95.

Third-Party Links

The n95 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. n95 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

N95 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
